JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for leading Sales strategies that will ensure maximum profit; Implement sales objectives; Maintain relationships with key contacts to achieve results
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Conducts sales meeting and communicates new strategies to the sales account force
Make forecast report and customer status report on a regular basis
Develop and manage customers with the objective of maxizing account penetration and delivering the sales results of each account
Maintain the existing business and customers and develop new customers and new business
Implements salesforce.com data entry, database cleaning and template setting with guidance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: bachelor degree (or above), Management, Business Administration or Marketing field. An overseas degree in will be a major plus.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years of sales experience with tracable performance achievements. Same/ similar industry experience is highly preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Must have good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and good analytical ability is required.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English. Second foreign language is preferred.
Good team work player.
Must be well-organized and able to work within a dynamic and international team
Must be a fast learner and ready to work under pressure.
Prior working experience in multinationals will be a plus
